Library proposal and boulevard remodeling. The building is developed in the form of L. Each of its arms is intended for different activities: one of them is the use of a library, while the other is more dynamic and captures the most noise-generating activities, such as the cafeteria, the classrooms, and the conference rooms. On the third floor, in a privileged position, is the administration of the library. From the outside, a set of volumes is observed, which allows the recognition of the uses. The user can recognize the volume of the library itself, compared to other more leisure activities and entertainment. For this, there are the large glass surfaces, which function as fissures that let you see what is happening inside, while through the latticework of metal panels, you can sense what is happening inside.
