Detached house extension

Project of reform and extension of detached house in Antequera (Málaga). The existing house is extended on the first floor, creating an integrated volume in the aesthetics and initial volumetry of the house. A glazed front is designed, protected by a ceramic latticework from the sun’s incidence and generating privacy with respect to the street. The house adapts to the new needs of customers, whose family nucleus has grown over the years. The interior space is designed generating an additional bedroom with dressing room, along with more multifunctional space. In this way, the guests have their own space inside the house.
