Renovation and interior decoration of an apartment located in Estepona (Málaga). The interior reform of the apartment includes a new distribution for the living-dining-kitchen space. In the initial state, the living-dining room of the apartment is completely separated from the kitchen, this space not being functional. It is proposed a direct connection from the kitchen to the dining room, and an open visual space, but differentiated through a glass “box” topped with industrial type carpentry. This break generated by the box is used to create a seating area in the kitchen, designed for relaxed breakfasts, generating in the living room the space for sofa rest. The apartment belongs to a young couple, so the architecture and interior decoration respond to the client’s need to generate a more fluid flow in the house for them and their visits.
